SHIPPING POLICY

We are constantly rethinking how we ship our products. We strongly believe that for our customers to have the best online shopping experience we must provide a flawless shipping experience. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company. But if something should happen to your package at that point, we will work tirelessly to fix any problem.

Our shipping process is as follows:

After approval and verification of credit card information, all in-stock orders will be shipped out next business day of the time it is placed. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order, so please double check your information. If for any reason an order or part of an order cannot be shipped in that time period, we will notify you immediately.

Cubic Alliance Online will notify customers who have placed orders for these "out of stock" items. On average, most items are shipped within 1 month. However, some items have longer lead times, up to 6 weeks. If you have any questions as to whether or not a particular item is avaiable, please feel free to contact us at info@cubicalliance.com

If you should find anything wrong with your order, please notify us immediately and we will fix the problem as quickly as possible. At that moment you are our number one priority.

Here are a few things to note about shipping:

  • All items are ship from Ontario, Canada.
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the shipment to arrive for order within Canda, and 3-5 weeks for international orders, unless otherwise notified.
  • If your order includes items that are not in stock, our policy is to hold your order and ship everything together in one shipment. We will keep you informed if this is the case and will ship partial orders by request.
  • If you place an order for a backordered item, you will be notified as to when you can expect to receive it.
  • Always notify us about any problems with your order. We recommend emailing us at info@cubicalliance.com.

IN-STORE PICK UP SERVICE

In-store pick up is free, fast and convenient! During our store hours, you can pick up your order on the sameday of placing the order at CubicAlliance.com

Simply select "Store pick up" at the time of check out. Shipping information is still required for tracking purpose.

RETURN OF GOODS

We at Cubic Alliance Online want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Before sending your article of merchandise back to us, please refer to our Return Policy below to make sure that all the conditions listed in such policy have been correctly satisfied.

Damaged packages

Damaged packages must be noted to the shipper by the customer upon receipt. All claims for hidden damages to merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 2 days. It is the buyers responsibility to make any claims to the shipper. We will do our best to help resolve any issues in a fair manner. If you need to send an item back due to a shipping error on our behalf, please re-pack the item in its original packaging and contact our customer service department by email at info@cubicalliance.com.

RETURN POLICY (Web Only)

We offer no exchange before sending your article of merchandise back to us. And please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The article you wish to return:

  • must be unused, unworn, and not damaged (defect excepted);
  • must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
  • must be sent in its original packaging;
  • we do not accept returns on earrings;
  • return items must be shipped back to Cubic Alliance Online within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery (we recommend shipping your return in its original packaging because if it gets to us and is damaged, this may delay or void a possible exchange or refund);
  • returns and exchanges will only be made once all of the items have been delivered back to Cubic Alliance Online;
  • Include a copy of your receipt with your returned item(s)

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Thank you for understanding.

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. A deduction of $15 flat rate shipping charge will apply to free shipping order.

You must be at least 13 years of age or older or have parental permission to place an order. Cubic Alliance Online reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
